Thinking of getting SAMSUNG 840 EVO 1TB

i miss not having to convince my wife that its only $600.

        

Was thinking of getting 500+GB for a very long time, but just did not go ahead and do it.

But today I saw a review on 840 EVO and I'm pretty much sold on this one.

You going to use it for OS and games? or just general storage?

OS and games.

Basically, a worry free main drive that will handle any harddrive issue.

For me, 240GB is just not enough for main drive anymore.

Your always adding top notch hardware to that rig of yours

Two things lacking from top end right now are

1. RAM - You know... LoL
2. Case - Its mid-tower case, which is not exactly what people prefer to use when it comes to overclocking and high end stuff.

But, I don't think I will be changing them anytime soon (or change at all). Was thinking about changing RAM but I am too happy with my CPU clock speed to risk it not being valid anymore once RAM upgrade happens. And Case is serving me pretty well. Might have to change it once I start planning on doing SLi 780ti.

Yeah all I have on my SSD is OS, my music creation/editing software and BF4.

That's the only game I'll bother putting on my SSD.
