iirc, if the console is the same console that the DLC is purchased from, every single account has access to that DLC. something like that anyway. since Premium counts as a DLC, everyone has access to it.

back when VIP was a thing in BC2, any account on the console would be able to use the VIP packs.

im not sure if its the console the DLC was purchased on, but something was definitely allowing you to share DLC on the Xbox 360. i remember that clearly.

edit: i did some googling and it seems the DLC can be used across several profiles as long as they are on the console the DLC was purchased on.
