Dragon, you should use AdBlock Plus. You can right click any "questionable" avatar and block it from displaying (just have to pick the top radio button to block that particular image, and not all avatars, which it defaults to). I have to do that while I'm at work.

My job is boring and soul draining. I generally have nothing to do all day. It's menial and beneath me. I really don't enjoy being with my gf, but I don't really have a choice because we live together. Life is fucking peaches.
