Knife compilation topic

The point of this topic is to create an entire library of stupid knife clips so that Treyarch will have no choice but to fix it.

I've never been knifed once in BO. Or course I've never actually played it, but nonetheless. Just sayin'...

The knife in Black Ops can be ridiculous at times; they're nerfing it again, actually. I'm still glad that it's nowhere near as bad as MW2; I'd say it's now on par with the CoD4 knife (bullshit sometimes, but usually, not that bad, it only seems worse because weapons now do less damage, so it still needs be nerfed again)

MW2 14ft commando lunge never failed to get me.

MW2 Commando could get you anywhere; run around a corner, jump out a window, hide behind a pillar, and they still would get you it seemed.

Not sure what frustrates me more, the BC2 knife, or the MW2 knife...

It's a decision between which you hate more:

The knife NEVER working, or the knife ALWAYS working, even from 20 feet away, lol. I hate MW2's knife more, personally.

Haha, thats a good way to put it.

I think i hate using the BC2 knife, and I hate dying from the MW2 knife.

i would prefer if they made it a skill weapon instead of a reflex weapon, as in get rid of the auto-aim

I always thought that the knife shouldn't be allowed to be used to attack somebody from the front/side, and you should just rifle butt them, and it takes two melees to kill somebody. The knife should take a short time to draw, then you can either slash somebody twice from the front, or kill them instantly if you attack from the back, like shoving it up into their back, slicing their throat, stabbing it into their head and pulling it out, etc. Hitting somebody from the back and getting a gruesome instant kill should be the only way to use it, requiring much more skill, IMO, at least.
