It was called Superman: Red Son
Basically the whole premise of the book is what would have happened if Superman had crash landed in the arms of Stalin instead of dear old Ma and Pa Kent.

I would go into more detail but I am on my touch. But if you enjoy reading Superman then it's a must read.

Plus Batman wears an awesome Russian hat
