whats worse is that I can't tell if losing 2-3 billion would really affect either company...just seems like a drop in the bucket for them, no big deal really.

hopefully this doesn't affect battlefield or any shit like that

Who knew the video game industry was such a dirty business? Although I guess it's expected out of EA (more so from Activision, though, imho).

This is standard stuff for activision these days. Remember when they fired Tim Schaffer and canceled his game? EA snapped them up so they could finish it and publish it.

Activision tried to sue them because it was "their property" Even though they canned it and dumped the development team. Fucking underhanded craziness.

I think EA is the bigger of the 2... although tboth companies buy up all the smaller companies regularly.

I think Activision is bigger, simply because it owns CoD and Guitar Hero. I don't know, though.
