Since yesterday, I've been having problems where my NAT is either Moderate or Strict, and I can't figure out why. I had the same problem a few weeks ago, and I followed some steps to port forwarding and it fixed it. But now for no reason it's happening again. Can anyone give me some tips?

reset router + make sure you're the first person to connect = open nat

i have to deal with the same thing. you could set up a static ip but that's a pain in the ass and i couldn't figure out how to do it

It's also possible that ur router lost the settings you had put in and you need to re-enter them. I use to have a router that would lose those settings every few weeks.

I'll double check to make sure, but I can't right now. Someone put a password so we couldn't get into it and ban each other, so I have to wait until said person gets home tonight or tomorrow.

You could enable DMZ to your xbox. I did and it's open now.

If you have a router, and if it has DMZ option, set DMZ for your 360's IP.

Go into your router setting, if you are using Linksys, it should be under App & Gaming, next to port forwarding and stuffs.

It is the sure way to never get NAT problem.

I use a D-Link, and currently can't access the settings. Thanks though, I'll see if it works when I get the chance.

D-Link has its own DMZ as well.

Go find a way to enable D-Link's DMZ.

To find your 360s IP, I think it's under the network tab thing somewhere.
