I would say its getting to be about a year since I first started going to the GFQ forum for BC2 playing the demo and awaiting the release of the game! So I imagine I have known some of you bastards for almost a year now!

i remember playing the demo and not knowing a damn thing on what to do. sad times.

there was no campaign for me to train on so i didnt even know how to reload, knife or throw grenades Razz

HAHA I was the same way man! I was getting rolled at first because I had no idea what the hell anything did! I remember throwing those motion sensors for the first time having no clue WTF they where or what they did! HAHAHAHA

^ i didnt really know what they did in BC1, i just chucked them and let other people worry about it.

when i played recon in BC2 i suddenly went 'OOOOOHHH... THATS what they do...'

Here's a funny story... Played on a SDTV forever! Just got HD this xmas and the first time I saw motion mines and saw that the marker was more than just a dot. It showed the DIRECTION the enemy was pointed! HAHA I was like OOooooooo that's some valuable shit to know! HAHA

Wow really? I didn;t even know that. Then again I haven't played any other game but BlOps on my new HDTV. I got to get back into BC2 again.

I got BC2 and I found the GFQ boards shortly afterwards. So I would call just shy of a year for me.

Man those were some good times. Dooms, DL, Mr. Mills, and myself playin BC2 when we were still green. just seems like yesterday

I was just thinking about the demo today.

The guys I played the Demo with and some of my original crew was

CaringGoblin, Phe, and NotPot.

I know some of you have played with Phe, and maybe goblin...

Fun times! I played the shit outta that demo!

I created my account on GFQ the November before BC2's release. I don't remember exactly why.. but finding people talking about the game before release intrigued me so i stuck around... now i'm here!

You shouldn't have to have an account, just go to the board and go to the last page and work backwards. I'm just searching for my old topics and so fair only other person I've seen in the older stuff was a topic from Stormy. If I come across any gems I'll post them here.
