Everyone read the GI article now! Even the SP looks and sounds bad ass. Only shitty thing is 24 player match Sad Hopefully they dont have to water it down to much for consoles...

Yea theres also a good DA2 feature in this issue as well if anyone cares

The screenshots for BF3 look amazing. During the demo they describe a real time earthquake during gameplay, causing massive structural damage. Sounds so damn epic.

Did you read the feature Ante? They also drop some nice hints about MP in the developer interview. For example

-confirmed 4 classes again
- jets are back
-tinkering with some loadout and character options
-destruction improved massivley
- hinted they might expand sqaud size from 4 to accomodate parties(woot for us if true)
- no commander mode
-possibly some sort of theatre mode
- co-op for sp confirmed

Yeah I read it front to back, I can't wait until I get my physical copy in the mail (Gamestop is a bunch of herpderps.)


I'm torn, though. I have a PC more than capable of running this game maxed out and I really want the 32 v 32 support, but I also want to be able to squad up with you guys. Fuckies.

We dont need gimmicks like cod. I agree it needs to remain uniformed. But there is little things they could do to add a layar of custimization.

Didn't SOCOM have some Custom stuff?

MAG lets me put on different Hats and helmets at insane prices but dammit I'm saving up for my 3000$ Blue Berret!

We don't need gimmicks but they'd be nice. It's not like CoD where gimmicks and some re-skinnings and stat tweaks are the only thing new about the game.

Game looks awesome so far but I'm just worried the console port will be a lot worse.

Word, I agree. The only thing I really want aesthetics-wise is site/scope customization. I don't mean reticle customization either, just different styles.

I hope they deliver. And well, it seems the game won't be coming out until the holidays, so I have a nice full year or so to get a new pc. I fear that DICE may rush the game, but who knows.

Yeah i just read the whole thing, sounds really great. I wish the guy had asked him why they arent doing more than 12 v 12 on console. Im considering getting/building a gaming pc for this just so i can experience it in its full glory, and I would also be able to use it for other games.

So far thats my only gripe. I wish they'd release a video of the frostbite 2.0 engine in action. very curious to see that
