One: transistions know a quick process for this in coral?
Two: text in videos...how you doing it?

1. What kind of transitions?
2. I don't know what version of Corel you are using but with Video Studio X3 when you want to add text you click the text button next to the preview window and then you choose what type of text. Then you double click on the preview window when it tells you to and after you type what you want you click outside of the text and it will automatically place it in the time line.

Iv used the fade ins and outs, b ut they don't seem to work.

So just leave the scrubber in place like say you woould to split the clip, but just add text? Does it only stay up for thag frame or can you choose a length of time?

When ever you finish typing and it shows up in the time line you can move it anywhere you want and choose how long it will stay on screen.

As for the transitions, make sure the clip is split and then drag the transition down onto the clips that you want it to transition between.
