What if DICE put up a server list on consoles with more players and vehicles, but in exchange they set the graphics down to low or something (in PC terms) and maybe do something to the destruction.

Would that be at all possible?

Not sure if it's possible, but it would be more expensive due to having to add/double the servers.

I would certainly agree with lower graphics if consoles could have 32 vs 32 battles. But honestly, it won't happen. Unless we cry and whine and post on BF's boards Razz maybe.

I'm still saving up for my new pc. My eyes are set on a Phenom II X6 3.2 GHz cpu and a Radeon HD 6950 card.

Speaking of low graphics setting, everyone in professional gaming played their games on low setting since it made spotting enemies MUCH easier. Though I have not played BC2 on PC with low settings so I have no idea how that works out, but until 2142 low setting was the way to go.

Then the competition regulated that you were required to use at least normal setting so that hiding and camouflage was relevant, with addition of spot restriction.

On low settings, people hiding in grass, thinking they are well hidden, were fully exposed making them look like idiots for enemy sniper to line up a head shot. LoL

There was a bug for it, which later got patched, but was not patched in competition mod for a long time.
