Some of this stuff is also on the wiki but they haven't put it all in yet.
As for the pre-order weapons they are just re-skins. Belgo = Hockler and Ritchie = Caeser. Although apparantly the Hockler has a time between bursts stat that the Belgo doesn't. And the soda-can silencer doesn't take off range like the other silencers.
