I don't even realize how people manage to get that much money, other than being born into a wealthy family, winning the lottery, or getting lucky enough to get a well-paying job. Hell, I even want a job working at minimum-wage right now, and I've been trying since I was 16 years old (never had a real job, only a temporary one at a golf-course because there was nobody else, and my sister's friend's Dad hired me for a few months because a guy quit when I was 18)
