Sad Sad Sad I don't know what to get now. BF3? Oblivion? Gears 3?

I don't really like medieval-type fantasy games, but Oblivion will probably be the most enjoyable of the 3 for me (I know it be true, lol).

Oblivion was the title Elder scrolls is the Series

You know what I mean't, lol. But yeah, Elder Scrolls. I want to get it now, because I know it'll piss me off the least, but I don't really like magic/fantasy games, even though this looks to be really good. Decisions, decisions... Sad I know it's going to be a fantastic game, but I just don't know which game to choose, and it's the whole magic thing that I don't exactly like. :/

Magic is just another form of Ranged Combat

In fact Biotics in Mass effect is basically just a renamed version of magic

Well, I found a mental way to get around the whole "magic" thing that always bothers me; it's channeled energy (kinda like you said biotic). As long as I can make up a semi-scientific explanation for it, I can get around it. xD

I have also decided, that this game is my number one choice for games this year; I know for sure it'll piss me off the least, and I'll enjoy every bit of it, so I'm definitely going with this game. Very Happy

that looks as good as any game I've seen in a good while. I've never been into Oblivion or its spinoffs but I'm really impressed with this.

I didn't realize how prevalant dragons where in the story. I like my RPG games to be played in third person and that just didn;t work well with the last one I though. It seems that they may have tweaked it to work better in this one. I will say my interest in this game has went up alot......

Yes the environments looked pretty awesome.

One thing that I din;t like when I played Oblivion was when you interacted with the NPC's. It felt so lame to me.

Plus. it has DRAGONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lol 3rd person in oblivion was pretty awkward the movement just didn't seem... human..

Agree, and the akwardness made it no fun.

That is the same for me but add Batman: Arkham City. Also, if you are going to get an Elder Scrolls game then you need to get it on the PC or you will miss out on some incredible mods.
