I have rewritten the dockbar and it now works for phones (mine at least)
I've tested it on the test forum, so as soon as I get off work ill edit the graphics appropriatly and take it live.

Also, becuase im fucking awesome. I will be adding small quick new topic buttons next the the lounge and sec gaming area.

Which means you can now create topics straight from the "new posts" page.
