Had a pretty good time. Had to do basic chores, like do dishes, and take care of animals, but that was pretty easy. Got to walk through the forest all day like I love to do. I didn't get to shoot a coyote or anything (didn't even see one), but it was really nice just to be outside again. Even though I guess it's a little late, I had my first drink; just some rum with pepsi, mountain dew, or root beer. To tell the truth, I think drinking is overrated. I got a little bit of a buzz (had different amounts each day, but it was between 1-3 shots) just to give it a try (made sure that I never got drunk, that wouldn't be good, lol), and while it made me feel more relaxed, trying to play games like that was night impossible.
Got a lot of exercise; stayed up all night one day so we could go hunting as soon as the sun would rise. My friend took a nap, but I decided to walk around and not nap. Bad idea, I passed out on the couch around 6:00 PM, and woke up around 11:00 AM the next day. xD
The weather was fairly cloudy almost everyday, or raining, so the animals never really came out, so I didn't get grouse or anything either (we only got one to flush, and it flew off into the brush too quickly). Pretty happy that it was sunny for my Birthday, even though I came home to an empty house (my family went to the fair) with nobody there.
Nice to be back; wanted to talk to everybody all week, but couldn't.
