yeah...even in texas you would...it would be considered a club which is basically anything meant to do harm by beating someone lol.

Dont know about other states but if Texas doesnt allow it, its probably not legal lol.

I had read that those bombs were inefficient, and only a fraction of the atoms within reacted properly. If they had all split like they were expected to, the blast would have been much more devastating.

Because of all the energy that is built up in an atom is a lot. Think of an aerosol can. Now stab it. All that compressed air expands very rapidly, thus causing an explosion. Are kiwis not taught this in highschool science class? No offense.
