Well the league is run through NFL.com. THere are no fees, and we do not bet so its just for fun and bragging rights.

Tall, obviously the lockout needs to end. But it looks like they are about to work out a deal. Time will tell.

I'm in again, playing fantasy football makes watching the games more enjoyable to me. I wish the lockout would hurry up and end though, this is the 1st nfl season I'm looking forward to in some time.

nfl.com has a TON of resources for fantasy football.

They also have mock drafts you can do and this will show you some of the more sought off after playersd

Zillah, if you are uncomfortable drafting yourself, let the site do it for you. They pick the best available players for you. It limits your customize-ability but it will give you a solid team.

I had the first pick last season and drafted a bust. I follow football very closely. So you never know who is going to do well year in and year out. Watch your bye weeks. Too many players on the same bye week can hurt you.

Con Fox is the expert. He has a great ability to explain the details.

I had a plan..... Then my RB got hurt THE VERY FIRST GAME!!!!!! Then I still did pretty good and I had Romo and that bastard got hurt mid season!!!!!!!!! So shit will always happen! Its just for fun.

Carson Palmer will NOT be good this year if he stays in the league. He wants to play for someone other than the Bengals, and if they don;t release him he said hes retiring.


He was ok last year but Palmer is done for.

Brady is always a solid pick. RBs are your point machines. But they are injury prone. Do some homework on RBs and QBs.

officially have 3 signed up now. Need 9 more. A couple others have invites sent to them too.

I had a team littered with Eagles players. They had a great offense last season. Pick from teams who score often or have high yardage. Eagles, Pats, Packers, Chargers, etc...

Chargers were disappointing last year, which was a good thing.

nope. Not in our league anyway.

BTW, our draft is on August 19th. That's a Friday. I have it set for 9:00 EST. If anyone has a problem with that I will change it.

Just finished accepting the invite and looking through the pre-draft rankings. No real surprises on where it has people ranked. I assume you set up the scoring the same way it was last season, I glanced at it and didn't see any differences. Also I'm guessing same roster setup as last year...starters of 1 QB, 2RBS, 3WRS, 1TE, 1K, 1 Defense.

Same as last year. I didnt change the default settings. I'm open to suggestions though if a change is desired.
