He was an amzing QB. But these past few seasons have killed his legacy. He wont be remembered as a great QB. Sadly.

As a Wisconsinite and Green Bay fan I can say that he has really pissed me off. He used to be my favorite player in the league!

I got him yelling "BOOMER!" already. =) When I walk around a store or mall or whatever, if I see a Longhorn or an Okie State fan, as I pass I say "boomer!" without making eye contact. It gets some funny responses. Now when I do that, my boy says "BOOMER BOOMER BOOMER!!!" So it's not as sneaky now. lol...

I think Favre will still be remembered as a great. Many great athletes had their dark moments. That stuff passes eventually. Nothing can change what the guy did on the field.

I agree Favre will still be remembered as a great. But he will also be remembered for all his antice these last few years and it will tarnish his legacy.
