Favorite players:

Kurt Warner
Chris Johnson
OchoCinco
Marshall Faulk
Thurman Thomas
Roger Craig

My favorite type of player is the all-purpose running back. Love RB's that can line up at WR and catch passes.

Umm lets see....

Carson Palmer
Cedric Benson
Chad O.
Dhani Jones

Notice a trend!

I like to watch a linebacker slam the shit out of some guy that has the ball!! Don't get up bitch!

D

I think I see where you're going with your players lol.

Yeah I forgot a few guys on my list cause I was rushing, but gotta mention Ronnie "lost my finger in a game and still played" Lott.

Mike Ditka
Brian Urlaucher
....I could name a ton more but for some reason my mind has went blank.

Favorite type : A running back that can plow over the defensive line and linebackers, gotta love me some semi's lol.

Check this guy out.

Ron Swanson

Ron Swanson

anyone wearing the purple and gold (vikes) for me.

back in the day I loved Joe Montana, not a big arm, but a competitor, and a very smart QB

Marshal Faulk (he did everything well)
Randy Moss & Chris Cater
Ray Lewis (never seen a LB dominate a game like he used to)
Barry Sanders (best RB ever, ever)
Tony Gonzalez
Ronnie Lott
Jared Allen (I love that he was undrafted. BTW how did that happen?)

ConciliarFox

Peyton Manning
Tom Brady
Aaron Rodgers
Brett Favre (when he's not a Viking)

Type of player: leaders of their teams mostly like above, Ray Lewis, Drew Brees. They are what brings passion to the game.

PS: Good luck to the rest of the speakeasy jocks, I'll be out of touch mostly today, but I will be checking scores.

I'm a Niner guy
Current= Patric Willis, Vernon Davis
Hate his team but who can't love Larry Fitzgerald

Yesterday's game was terrible. We have a lot of work to do.

God I know our O Line rookies are gonna take some time

I expect a massacre on Monday unfortunately.

Oh yeah we are gonna get drubbed. We have a great run D, but it really ends there. Dru Brees is gonna spread the ball all over the field on our weak safeties.

D

Of course any given Sunday and all that so I won't count them out completely but the Saints are a tier higher than the Seahawks for sure and we see how that turned out.

I refuse to rock the rose-colored shades when it comes these things.

Hope for the best, expect the worst is where I'm at right now.

Where in North Cali are you BTW?

RBs. These guys basically force defenses to focus entirely on them. And they still rack up yards and TDs.

Barry Sanders (The best RB of all time)
Adrian Peterson
Chris Johnson
Walter Payton
Eric Dickerson

So many offenses focus on passing yards. I respect a good team that runs the ball and has a solid D. Passing game will come with a great RB.

I am about 80 miles north of Sacramento, I live in a little logging community. Forbestown Ca. With a huge population of 1800 people.

D

Oh sweet. I have family up in the Sacramento area. I used to conduct freight trains up to Roseville some years back.

Do you ever make it down for Niner games?

You were a conductor D? Did you get to wear the hat? =P

D

Yeah a hard hat. Not like that would help any if I got hit by a train.

Once on the way up north we actually hit a guy and didn't even find out about it until 4-5 hours later.

Ahh ok. I've live in SF my whole life and I've only been to one game lol. It was on the same day as the Oakland Hills fire, the Niners destroyed the Detroit Lions 35-3 and ash from the fire was falling into the stadium. It was pretty insane.

Hitting a person with a freight train is like hitting a gnat with the bumper of your car. You won't notice it. Sometimes people will lay across the tracks or jump in front of trains to commit suicide, even if the engineer does see the person it takes about a mile for a fully loaded train to stop.
