Some have died by playing World of Warcraft, but it's a South Korean. That means it MUST have been StarCraft.

It kinda worries me, since I'm not a very active person. D: I don't play for 12 hours straight though.

I remember hearing that, it was in an airport too i think

most ive ever played in one sitting is probably like 6 hours. ya. after too long i get that "gum in your mouth for too long" sorta feel and i just want to do something else, even if im still having fun

I saw it in the paper and it's stupid. IT's not the game is the fact the kid didn't move his position so a blood clot formed. My parents thought something bad would happen but I don't sit around like a game addict in a fixed position..

Plus playing 12 hour sessions is meh, you need a break atleast or it's just reinforcing the reason of not finding a job.

I play for more than 16 hours a day sometimes >_> I'm looking for a job though, just applied at Walmart. The only reason I stay on games so much is because I have nothing better to do most of the time.

It's not even the games that did it, people blaming games are retards and need to be slapped really really hard. the reason it happened is staying in the same place for too long, such as a plane flight I don't know many people who do that and I know I play for a long time but I take a small break or start being a ***** in my room but that's in secret where I start trying to climb my wall and stuff because I am so bored.

Yeah, I know what you mean; people blame the actual games themselves instead of the person not being responsible enough to take care of themselves. Also, I absolutely hate staying inside for as long as I do, but I live in town, so I can't really go outside. I enjoy going camping and such when I get the chance though.
