We have to write 4 haiku's about static electricity for my physics class. I think they're pretty good, just thought i'd post in case anybody was interested.
When the air is dry
Static electricity
makes my hair go up
Friction and a spark
Cause things to go really really wild
Because of my rug
Rub balloon on wall
Be sure to rub it a lot
Hey look, now it sticks
The spark is painful
I don't know why it is so
It is very brief
