redstone engines are for pulling items out of chests and inventories. to compare power outputs...

redstone engine output = .05 MJ/t
stirling engine output = 1 MJ/t
combustion engine output = 6 MJ/t




And Pariah, thermal expansion is infinitely better for production than IC2. You get more ingots per ore, the machines are all extremely easy to build, and production chains are very simple to get running.

Yes but the Pulverizer also has a chance to give a bonus dust

Like Pulverizing Copper has a 5% chance to give you a gold dust as well

Also the induction smelter has a chance to give rich slag when smelting pure ore. when you smelt an ore with rich slag you get 3 ingots instead of 2.

oops, i got that backwards adli.


the magma crucible + geo generator is MJ to EU. You can convert EU to MJ pretty easily with electrical engines. My bad.


Just build your watermills, connect them to a batbox, then connect that to the electrical engine which can then power your pulverizer. Probably too late though >_>

had a fiddle about with my setup and got an eletrical engine converting EU into MJ, feeding into a Pulverizer and a Powered Furnace, which output into a chest. oh, and i have an extractor as well, between the batbox and the electrical engine Very Happy

Uni, your cell ran out and the ME cell shut off so i swapped the cell out for mine, yours is at my base recharging.

A few fixes;

Quarrys should restart automatically after a reboot, if not just turn them on again.

Webchat is fixed.

Online map has been given a full render so the area is shown better without blocks.

I'll fix the world map names and stuff on the map soon, just migrated over to a new world layout with new MCPC+ update.

Anything else i need to fix?

So I noticed Bolt complaining about the IC2 wrench drop percentage.

So I'm installing a modified version of IC2 on next reboot (2 hours from now) that gives 100% rate on the wrench.

Nope no option in the configs

I was injecting a modified class file into the .jar, seems like it doesn't work with the forge build of IC2

are you using the direwolf20 pack? and AFAIK, the server is running 1.4.6 and the default option on the launcher is 1.4.7 now.
