At least the playoff is in the works.

When does it debut? Next season?

Michigan has really fallen off the wagon

I dunno man, THE GAME might be ugly this year. I mean if you cant rush against PSU or Nebraska, how the hell are you gonna do it against tOSU?

We won't.

I just have to hope the D steps up big, and Gardener plays out of his mind so we don't get blown out.

OR!!!!

We could secretly replace several OSU starters with high schools players, and we drug the rest. Then we might just have a chance....

Hahaha

Well it is Michigan so anything can and usually does happen in this game, so Im not counting my chickens before they hatch.

But barring a disaster the Buckeyes should win by 14+ imo

To much Hyde and Miller on offense in the end

I'm calling it 17-41 kinda game.

We don't have the confidence, or the mentality to hang close in this game.

Congrats Sym, looks like OSU can get a shot at FSU for the championship since my team ripped off their own dicks today and choked on it. Worst they have played since game one of the season against Virginia Tech...very little passion, too many mental mistakes, some bad playcalling, and too undisciplined on defense...not to mention our starting kicker going 0/3 on FGs when he had only missed 1 all season long(was something like 12/13) and our backup kicker missing that last one as well.

Yea That ending man....wow

I didnt think anything would top the OSU/michigan battle today, and the Iron Bowl just did. Sorry your team was on the wring end.

We still got business to take care of. Have to beat MSU in Indy next week, and to do that we will have to play a hell of alot better than we did today. The D is a mess. Luke Fickell will not be around next season.

But yea.....Saban should have probably Hail Maried it

Great day of football. Really happy Mich made a great game of it. I was expecting a blowout but we stepped up and came up just short.

That iron bowl..... wow. Bama was just making too many mistakes to expect to win, but I'm shocked that they lost in that manner.

Honestly my biggest gripe on the playcalling was when we got the ball back after that 99 yd TD pass to Cooper, then we had 3rd and 2 from the 20 and we ran it right up the middle when all 11 defenders from Auburn were right there to stuff the run...a quick play action pass to the TE could've picked up an easy 1st down and maybe even a TD. Next weekend I'll be rooting for FSU, OSU and Missouri...no way in hell do I want Auburn to sneak into the title game.

If we win against MSU next week we are in

Its almost mathematically impossible for a one loss team to pass an undefeated from a major conference. Its never happened before, and almost every legit BCS guru says it wont happen this year. The only people you will hear petitioning for Auburn will be ESPN and CBS.

You guys have been winning those kinds of third downs for a long time though. But I do agree to a point, the play calling was off most of the night.

There is no such thing as a good loss, but that one could have been much worse.

Gardner was great today

I about had a heart attack when Hoke signaled he was going for 2

I literally chugged a whole beer as the offense was setting up.

I like the call too, going for two. Our season already went downhill, we had nothing to lose by going for that.

LOL

This is why college football is the greatest sport. This kind of stuff just doesnt happen in other sports.

You know if Gardner hits Dileo there and makes that two point conversion Hoke would have been a legend.

Shit what a day. So fucking happy that mizzou won. Got to see manziel play and rush the field at the end. Next weekend against auburn will be nuts. I'm really interested to see how the rankings shape up tomorrow.

Unfortunately I missed the auburn finish because I was already at the stadium... But I have never seen a game won like that, especially given the circumstances.

my PREDICTION is.. (sym you won't like it)

1 FSU
2 Auburn
3 OSU
4 Alabama
5 missouri

Wether or not auburn deserves to jump OSU based on SoS is something that could be argued for a long time.

Forty-seven of 60 AP voters, including all 3 local ones, had #OSU ranked No. 2. Drew Sharp of Detroit Free-Press had Buckeyes No. 8.

So long as OSu doesn't choke they will get in. Now it may debatable about who is the better team, but so long as the buckos don't lose they will get the nod.

Vegas has the line -2.5 tOSU over Auburn on a neutral field

Auburn got smoked by a average LSU team
Took a miracle hail mary to be UGA
And then yesterday.....
Not to mention they only beat WSU by 7 at home

Mizzou still has hope! FSU just needs to lose to Duke (hah) and then we need to beat Auburn.... which might be possible.

I actually think OSU and Auburn would be a really good game...Auburn tends to play to the level of their competition, and like with this past weekend above their own talent level at times(Alabama is their Super Bowl...I have an Auburn friend that actually said he doesn't care what else happens this year that they beat Alabama so nothing else matters)...they also them seem to get an unusual amount of lucky bounces(I think there may be some voodoo or deal with the devil there..j/k).

I also think the Mizzou/Auburn game could be pretty good and go down to the wire...especially if Auburn comes out flat early(from still being on a high from last weekend) and Mizzou jumps on them.

Also think OSU takes care of business against MSU, but it'll be a fairly close game...maybe a TD to 10 point difference.

I'd be surprised if Duke keeps it close against FSU, guessing FSU by 20+.

I had an option to go to the MU/Auburn game but had to pass it up... too much $$$

Do you guys think that if Winston gets charged for rape and can't play anymore, it would affect FSU's ranking?

I don't think it would change their ranking any, but it would be a lot tougher for them to win out. Their backup QB is already out and it would make them have to use their 3rd string QB, they might could still beat Duke, but doubt they could win the championship game against OSU or the SEC champ(if OSU somehow loses).
