I've always wanted to check that out ever since the Cybermen took over Torchwood in that one season finale. I have a question though. How far is the movie into the series? I keep seeing it pop up on Starz.

So Torchwood is on Netflix, and it says that its a spin-off of Dr.Who.

Do I need to watch Dr.Who much to understand it? Or can I start watching it now?

oh man that series is PIMPING!
halfway through it over in the UK and its damn awesome.

Miracle Day is so much darker and grittier than the regular Torchwood series, and its AWESOME!
