Since I lack artistic skills to create a logo of any sort, I will just say that it has always been centered around the intitials for the site.

Maybe use that text and the take out the image, then put something in the space under "Speakeasy" and left of "Clinic"? The cocktail glass comes to mind, or a top hat, something representative.
