I am guessing that the middle symbol stands for a clinic, and the arrows represent the "clinic" being speakeasy.

I like it. If you wanna make it a bit more chaotic, have the arrows be subtly different sizes, just to fuck with people.

And make the centre red, outside grey. Or reverse. Those seem to be our colours.

Now you're getting somewhere, otherwise the simple chaos sign just seems too overused, from Red Hot Chili Peppers to Sepultura, it's lost it's impact.

I'm not so much a fan of the darker color. I don't find it meshes well with the dark grey background. That's just me though.
