Yes do not abuse the report button. If I have to start sifting through stupid reports because somebody dosn;t like a song, or whatever then this will result in the reporter getting a warning if they do this over and over.

I'm pretty sure it means different things. I took a Japanese class last year, and the only thing I learned about is that you introduce your self with it.

Desu is a form of sentence ender. It is quite common, though there are people/characters who would put desu at the end of every sentence, like that character from Rozen.

EDIT: It also sounds like 'death' if a Japanese person tries to speak English and pronounces 'death'. They cannot pronounce 'th' so it becomes desu.

Topics singling out or putting a negative spin on ethnic/religion/nationality/sexuality will result in the TC asked to take it down or altered, unless they are offline at the time. Then it will be moved to the staff room until they get back.
We try to keep it as relaxed as possible around here, but some times its necessary to step in.
