Patch is up.

I'm surprised this hasn't been posted since the patch has been up for at least an hour now.

I haven't had a chance to try it yet. Shortly I will though. Doesn't look like I can buy Premium yet though.

Still won't let me into the new Premium tab (which is big, orange and new on the main menu). It just sits there saying retrieving stats.

However I did notice that there is a new grenade launcher! M-320 LVZ (something like that).

I'll try it in a minute if Premium doesn't fire up

Well apparently there aren't any servers up and running with the new patch because all server lists are empty and trying to join one of my favorite or recents just says that I have an incompatible version.

Dammit people! DL the patch so I can play!

Nope. No servers, can't play at all yet.

My guess is they won't flip the "on"switch until their E3 announcement in a bit.

If you didn't update yet you should be fine. There are a lot of people playing, probably just not with the latest patch.


Maybe they'll turn it all on in an hour and a couple minutes when E3 opens and MS kicks it off.

I'm not sure that is all of it because I don't see any mention of this new grenade launcher shell, but it is definitely in the game. I already have it equipped.

Who knows what else is changed.

The server filter has a few new gametypes so it looks like they are available on all maps not just the CQuarters maps? We'll see...

Purchased Premium right after my last post, but still haven't had a chance to even check it out yet. I do like how my menu background is all new and it says Premium in gold though!

I also noticed that I now have a select-able "camo" option for weapons now. Really I just want to stab somebody with my new knife.

My opinion of the patch after 3 matches.

-So far it runs smooth as butter.
-The suppression feels just about damn near perfect.
-My long range game has improved, maybe because of the reduction of controller lag?
-I don't know if they changed any clipping/collision issues, but it didn't seem like I was getting geometry hung as much (maybe it was just a good server though)


So far really happy, but then, it will take a few days for the glitches to be discovered...

You know, if DICE did the whole micropatching thing people wouldn't complain so much. It's just they update and patch bugs in big packs is what irks people.

Player servers still running wild. What I wouldn't give for DICE to simply not allow [DICE], P2 and EA from being names for player servers.

Damn I forgot the patch was up yesterday. I'm gonna have to take some time to try it out tonight. As far as CQ goes I think I will still get it, just don't think I can drop $50 for premium on a game that I have been down on as of late.

I'll probably wait a little while before I get Premium. It just sucks that people are being douche bags about all this. I initially thought Premium was going to be a rip off of CoD Elite, but from what I'm seeing, it actually is completely different.

I like the idea of constantly having something to achieve, so the assignment thing is really cool. Once I'm more financially sound I'll look into this more. Glad to see the patch seems to be going well at least.

Im actually tempted to get Premium......I think I jumped the gun on the whole thing. It doesnt look that bad, and the new maps might revitalize my love for the game.

4 hours later and the patch barely finished downloading...it's a fuckin miracle my internet stayed up that long.Don't even feel like playing now tho
