Halo Reach October Matchmaking update is looking a lot better.

With Bungie's weekly update, they released a few new details about the October update. These make the update look a lot better than before.

The update is going to be released in two parts, with the first coming next Tuesday. It contains the playlist updates which remove SWAT from every playlist and gives SWAT it's own playlist. Also, Gruntpocalypse will give less credits to players. This part of the update also fixes a lot of other issues, but Bungie will post those fixes when the update comes out.

For the second half, Bungie said they are going to make changes to Firefight matchmaking. They never said what those changes were, but it could be that they are making the game go on after one round instead of stopping. Also, Team Snipers will get it's own playlist, and they are fixing the Betrayal system. Instead of getting booted after just one betrayal, you need to betray three times before can you be booted.

These changes make sense and I would have thought them obvious from the get go.

yes, but now they get to do it 2 times for free, but this is good for us banshee lovers.

I have rediscovered the joy that is BC2 MP.

I think I'll do Halo co op campaign, and firefight, but I think for my MP fix it will still be at BC2.

ya i realized this after some halo multi, bc2 is damn nice

yah, just got done with some squadplay with terry....but it was a bit infuriating

I don't think I can take anymore Bad Company 2.

I think i may pop back on BC2 tonight it's been far to long!

Still glad I returned it.
