A serial killer has you and your significant other

Each of you has a gun pointed at the others head and he says the one who pulls the trigger will get to go free,You remember this guy from the news all of his other victims have gone free after killing their loved ones so he is probably telling the truth.

Your secured in a way that prevents you from pointing it anywhere but you significant others head

He says if one of you doesnt pull the trigger he will kill you both

What do you do?

Damn dude! Good question right there.

I'd wait. I'd hope for a rescue from the cops (he is a serial killer after all), and if it seemed that no rescue was forthcoming, I'd just wait for her to pull the trigger.

tell her to, i'd never be able to live with myself if i shot her.

even if it were blanks and some sick joke, i'd still know that i had been willing to kill her which would be just as bad as actually killing her. i'd much rather know that she would be safe (and even if it were blanks, that i was willing to die for her).
