I really don't want to wait for the galaxy sIII... comes out in 20 days on verizon. I have a feeling the previous versions of the galaxy will be unsupported soon after it comes.

Is there any chance the iPhone 4s will ever get 4g lte support?

I don't think it's possible for the 4s, you might just want to wait for the 5 which will most likely be comeing out in a few months if you really want an iphone. I myself am probably going to pick up the S3 soon (upgradeing from an old non-smart phone i've had for like.. 4 years maybe.) but i have t-mobile so they actually just got it a few days ago.

Get a Droid over any iPhone. Can't stand Apple OS.

iPhone 4S can't get LTE support without an LTE chip. So no.
I'd really recommend the Razr Maxx or the Galaxy S III. I love my GS2. If battery life is what draws you to the Razr, the GS3 has a removable battery so you could buy the 32GB version plus an extra/extended battery for less than the price of the Razr Maxx.

I just got the galaxy that's already out for verizon. I don't really care about most of the new stuff the SIII is going to introduce and I saved $150 getting the older phone anyways.
