So I'd like to have the option to use FP audio since my sound card can directly connect to it, but there's a ringing noise and an assload of interference...
Do you guys think a shitty wiring job could be the cause of this? I noticed some exposed wires going to the front panel, and I was wondering if just putting some electrical tape over them would fix this or if the problem was more likely with the jack itself.
I'd just give it a shot but it seems like a pain in the ass to get to, might have to take out my DVD drive and shit.
