speaking of frost, the other night he invited us to a party. well we all wre playing BC2 and he and his group were on reach, but I digress. He was singing some old song, one that I have heard before but it sounds like its from the 50s. well anyway I just could not take it, I had to leave. It's not enough that two groups are on two seperate games, but having frosty sing. No thank you

i muted frost last night so i could fucking hear my brother and liquid. frost wasnt even in my game either.

Yea I'm not big on parties when half the people are playing a diferent game. I stuck around for a bit because I had not seen Frost, or Dark in a bit.

Frost invited me to the party while I was stuck playing campaign. It was painful hearing people having so much fun, over the broken communication line. He and others were breaking up, but I can feel the illuminated fun coursing through the wires.

Almost forgot that we had kick ass time in GW2 horde, and finished 50 rounds with not too much problem. Though, I was lagging horribly. LoL

The service provider has an overloaded server; same exact problem I had.

I feel lucky to have mine since it's never been excessively laggy, most of the problems were my fault anyway (dicking with the gateway and whatnot)

By treating a customer who has made a genuine complaint, when the problem could have been easily solved, as a liar. Then, later realizing the problem was on their end, as such customer has told them.

Now the problem has expanded, it is taking them even longer time.

Unfortunately this ISP is the only decent one available one in my area...

Got disconnected after severe lag. Was having a blast with Terry, Mega, Jungle, Symbolic, Crunk. Then stupid connection crapped me out...

Uh.. actually I would say you're dsl sucks. I've had dsl before that was a rock steady 7 down.

Last I checked my cable runs about 20-25 down and 5-7 up and single digit ping. I haven't checked it in a year or so though.

Jesus. My ping used to be 4-9... lame. Does anyone know what good ping is

I have been in competitions online (though I was mostly offline competition participant) that had most people with 50~80 ping. 50 and lower is the best (since if completely negligible) though under 100 is not bad since it is basically negligible.

That, however, is the server lag in the game, not the ISP ping. So, if your ISP ping is 41, the game server ping would be slightly (or greatly in certain situation) higher.

UPDATE on the connection news:
The connection improvement DID happen yesterday, though the busy hour problem is still there (confirmed with manager). He is looking into what exactly needs to be done, and will get back to me again.

I guess the 'seemingly' improved connection had an explanation of some sort.

It's workable, but that great of a connection. You can still play on it and do well though. It's when it gets to be less than 1 where the real BS starts to occur, especially if your ping is higher. Your ping is less than 100, so that's good too. Upload is pretty slow though.

He probably has some problem in the upload division. This will affect the performance when talking in party chat, hosting, and some games (including BC2) will restrict one's downloaded data from game server if the upload is too low (to prevent lag switchers).
