Ante and I were just talking about it, and man is this game tough......

It's so rewarding though. My sniper Andrey "Mithril" Kalinin is a machine. 11 missions, 19 kills and so many more assists. He took his first hit from a Muton on my last round. Scared the shit out of me as it nearly killed him. He got his revenge by punching a few new air holes in a pair of Thin Men to finish the mission.



I love this game. More SeC peeps need to check it out.

yeah, all the videos ive seen are really nasty. the guys at Unit Lost got an entire vet squad killed and now they are left with rookies... who die in the first missions Razz

I think I need some strategy tips for this game

Getting wrecked everytime I get to mission ten or so

I do move slow

Do you keep your squad spread out?

Or do you try to keep them close together?

I generally keep 3 together, about 3-5 tiles apart and send the other 2 around to flank if possible. Sniper stays back as close to deployment as possible while still having LoS of the enemy.
