Man.. Stuff like this just drives me insane.

All of this stuff happened two weeks prior to Christmas to a co-worker of mine.

Guy just got done working and went home, went to pull into his driveway and his neighbor jetted out of their driveway wrecking the whole front of the car, inconvienced right but it's ok insurance will take care of it.

3 days before Christmas there was an accident in the car wash at the end he works at drying the cars, now it's pretty busy so cars keep coming out and they have to do things a little faster.

Eventually a lady comes out of the car wash on her phone, throws her truck into drive and slams on the gas pedal while my co-worker is drying the back of the car infront of her..

Well she hits the car infront of her while my co-worker is drying the back of that car so he was pinned between both of them.

Guy's leg is super messed up he was in the IC unit for awhile and has been in the hospital ever since. He has to stay in the hospital for about a month and is going to need a nurse for at least a year they say when he gets out. He has multiple rods and bolts in his leg at the moment, they had to take a vein out of his other leg to put it in the damaged leg. They have to keep him so long because they have to open his leg up every day for awhile to make sure it's not infected..

Now the car the lady hit was actually an off-duty police officer and she admitted total fault and everything but this guy will almost never be able to walk normally again and that sucks for him because he likes to dance.


It just keeps going back and forth in my head, he's a good man but because of someone else his life is fucked. I know it's not like this is the first time this has happened in the world.
You can do everything right and something like that can happen to you.. It just destroys my will to do anything and it makes me angry.

I got ran over by a drunk off duty cop a few years ago.

Im sure you remember.

Its fucked me over in alot of ways. It cost me my job that was very well paying, and injured me very badly.
