Studios:

Sega bought Company of Heroes developer Relic for $26.6 million. Zenimax (Bethesda) bid $26.3 million.

Koch Media bought Saints Row developer Volition for $23 million. Ubisoft bid $5.4 million.

Ubisoft bought new studio THQ Montreal for $2.5 million. No other bids.

Darksiders developer Vigil did not find a buyer at this time.

Properties:

Crysis developer Crytek purchased Homefront for $500,000. No other bids.

Koch Media purchased Metro property for $5.8 million. Ubisoft bid $5.175 million.

Ubisoft bought South Park rights for $3.2 million. No other bids.

Publisher Take 2 purchased new Evolve property for $11 million. Developer Turtle Rock Studios bid $250,000.

I dont mind uplay...I use it with every game I play of theirs...just wish it was less painful going between uplay and the game menu. Origin still needs work.

Uplay is garbage in so many ways

- The updates through Uplay are slow
- Uplay has to be online at all times or you cant play the game
- Uplay sucks
- Dont need another program between me and my game. Steam is fine
- No Steam cheevos
- Uplay matchmaking is a joke
- Uplay sucks

I never have problems with uplay. I can play my games offline...dont need uplay.

Dont neeed achievment (especially on xbxo) ... and there archievments of a sort in uplay.

I dont mind it....still better then those franchises being owned by EA or Activision...that was my only worry...I dont mind ubisoft. or Crytek....I cant wait for homefront 2 now

Uplay is a pain in the ass on PC

I think your talking about Uplay on consoles which compartivley is not nearly as intrusive considering your using XBOXLIVE

Nope...I am talking about both...xbox its still there....you go through uplay for online for its games...i rarely get problems. On computer the few games I have played through it ...never been intrusive or complicating. so yeah.

Just because you dont have problems doesnt mean others dont.

Look online, tons of people have the same issues with UPLAY.

This is... I recognize uplay isn't great...but its not as bad as you make it out to be sym.

Also all Ubisoft game bring me entertainment...so that is a plus.

Lol, we'll have to wait and see. I really enjoyed their Valkyria Chronicles game for PS3 (A shame the sequels had to be on the damn PSP, one of which is exlusively in Japan)

At any rate, I'm not too worried about Sega, just glad it wasn't EA that got their grubby little claws on them.

I still haven't unwrapped it yet (or Saints 2 or several other games...)

I've just been to busy with BF3 and Vita games.
