They haven't announced when they will be coming to the other consoles or PC yet.

Looks like the X1 may be my BF4 console of choice after all.

I wonder what the levelution gimmicks will be for each map. (I am positive it will be the radio tower caspian border)

In Firestorm it's the oil tanks or pipelines. Metro it has to do with collapsing the ceiling of the subway and busting a water main and flooding it.
