Yes, but it supposedly runs smooth as butter.
The PS4 version is 1080p, but reviews say that it has lag, stutters and framerate issues regularly dropping below 60.

From what you say, I can conclude that CoD Ghost is just unoptimized mess across all platforms.

Can't run 1080P on XB1, can't run smooth on PS4, and IW hates PC.

COD is a horrible looking game imho

And I guess Ghosts has actually taken a step back from BO2

It really does look like ass. I don't even know how they dropped the ball that hard. Even just rehashing MW3 and making it look smoother would be better than this. For a next gen title those textures are horrifying.
