Got an email from xbox yesterday saying:

We've unlocked all characters so you can hit the ground running.
Watch your inbox on November 22 for instructions on how to claim your free gift.

It goes on to say it will be a free gift code that I'll be getting...so I assume it will be a digital download.

Honestly I've never been big on fighting games, usually just rent them. Probably because I generally suck at these type of games, but since this one is gonna be free for me it might keep my attention long enough for me to get decent at it.

I got it too, apparently some people are getting entire consoles for free...lol.

honestly if they made a cheaper xbox one without the kinect for 400 like the ps4, I'd get it for the better controller

Figure a lot of people will be getting it, pretty sure it's linked to how long you've been a xbox live user...according to my live profile I've been one for 9 yrs.

Yeah it is digital download only.
It is free to play with the Jago character. Sounds like they're giving you the other characters for free. Nice.

It looks fun as hell. I love the art direction. They almost look like they are made of clay or resin. Really fits well with the original being pre-rendered with a plastic look.
