Basically I was getting the same fps on ultra low as I was on ultra high

This driver also supposedly help with game crash issues, according to Tom played few rounds with him yesterday when he was testing out this driver).

Yep. I feel like it's locked at around 30 FPS no matter what settings I use. Weird.

I seemed to have fixed my frame issues

I just turned god rays off and im getting 60 everywhere now

Also disabled vsync

Never use in-game v-sync unless you have absolutely no other choice to get it to work. Always use nVIDIA control panel (or Inspector) to turn on v-sync. Many companies like to keep v-sync at 30 fps and never bother to tell you, so its always safer to do it this way.

Halfway through it switches to a fucking horror game trying to get the upgrade chests

I have no desire to 100% the game because of that
