As a girl, I think theyre good if done right. Silicone implants are just bad...however there are a lot of better options now as technology advances to the point where you can basically get a liposuction then transfer that stuff over to the breasts. It looks a lot more natural and you cant actually feel or tell at all that theyre fake, no weird stitching etc...but yeah just the regular implants i think are strange.
