To be honest NOPE!!!

Last baseball anything i watched was a Red sox vs Indians game in Cleveland. When i was visiting my father back in April.

I haven't even watched a football game in 3 years! No

Yeah I don't really care either but I've been watching the WS just to stay current.

Was thinking about it last night as I drove home past the ballpark, it's pretty cool that it's happening in my city, but I don't really care if the Giants win (which it's looking like they will easily).

Rangers fans around here do, but I don't really care for baseball, the sport is just so boring.

I pay attention to the playoffs, but I can't stand baseball otherwise.

Seems a little dull this year. I was hoping the Giants and Rangers would be more competitive. Looks like SF is running away with the World Series.

Great Story for the Giants though. They barely made the playoffs to begin with.

I'm following the series closely. I guess it's my old age but I'm starting to appreciate the pace of a baseball game. More importantly, I have come to appreciate seeing baseball live at a good stadium (one made for baseball, that has some character to it). Over the years I've caught games at Fenway, Arlington, Nat's Field in DC, and AT&T in San Francisco and I've had a blast every time. I aslo saw a lot of good minor league play in Norfolk and Montgomery when I lived in those places. Great atmosphere at a ballgame.

No doubt football is still a better TV sport on the whole, especially if you're talking about the regular season. But actually attending a football game has become an ordeal and way expensive. It's also way aggravating to wait through TV timeouts and instant replay (which I absolutely hate as a live spectator). Going to a football game these days means investing a few hundred bucks and about 7 hours of your day.

Anyway, if any of you guys live near a decent baseball venue I'd say give it another chance.

I keep an eye on baseball, really through Sportscenter, I don't watch games or have a favorite team.

I thought baseball games were expensive too. Maybe just the games I've heard about.

Yeah, baseball tix are not necessarily cheap, you're right. But on average I'd say they were cheaper. Assuming an NFL or college football team is doing pretty well, they are only like 7 or 8 home games, so the after market for a couple tix is much more intense. Whereas a baseball team doing well doesn't draw as much attention and there are a lot more games, so it's more 'doable' in my experience...at a reasonable price.

I enjoy the electric atmosphere of a college football game. I've experienced nothing like it. I've hated basball my whole life, but I've caught myself paying attention to it more and more every year. I'm not ready to begin watching it, but who knows what's next for me.

It doesn't help that I live in Oklahoma. MLB is non-existant here due to OU football.

I don't know why it's considered our national pastime when College Football and the NFL consistently beats it in the ratings

Decades ago no sport could compete with baseball. Football has done well in the past 30 years. MLB is not doing much to increase interest.

that'll all change if the CBA doesn't get done this year.
