Then you have a rape problem, not a clothing problem. Rapists are generally not stirred to commit rape due to what a woman is wearing, but by whether or not she would make a good victim. HS school girl would probably make a good victim.

Each rapist does have a "type" that he prefers, but generally, rape is not about sex. It's about power. It's about him needing to have power over her for whatever reason. Forcing her to have sex is his way of having power over her. Not so much about actually having sex.

Also, my school's swim team has a speedo run where they all go to a local mall in speedos and see what the reaction is. They got kicked out of a few last year haha.

He was more on the receiving side of it(he was a retired marine lol she was trying to use that as a reason for hitting him in "preemptive self defense" basically).
