yea I love all of the RE series, but the genre definetly need an injection of "new blood" (pun intended hyuk hyuk)

Yea Terry im with you on the two hour deal. I just get drained after 90 mins to two hours. Gotta do something else for a bit. I will beat it this weekend though.

What are you guys using in terms of weapons?

Plasma cutter is my main, line gun, javelin and flamethrower atm. I always keep plasma cutter and libe gun equipped though. And have been experimenting with others as I can afford them.

PC basically is a must on any playthrough since it is basically jack of all trades.

I was actually slightly disappointed with Line Gun due to how there are so many other explosives around this time. Even Pulse Rifle has Grenade Launcher which does not need 5~7 second timer. Though width upgrade makes it great for slicing through enemies.

I still don't know how I would rate Javelin. It is good in the very beginning, but it requires upgrade. I finished the game without upgrading any weapon except PC (to the full). It still irks me that alt-fire requires ammo. WTH its already deployed and it should not turn the already loaded bolt into energy somehow and make it disappear from chamber.

Yea my PC is almost fully upgraded. Just need the special. I use the javelin for pure lulz. Its secondary fire is pretty effective as well

The special for Javelin turns it into a bomb. So I'm going to upgrade that soon.

Theres nothing quite getting charged at, and firing a perfect javelin shot at the enemy and watching them fly ten feet throgh the air and getting impaled on a wall

Its more satisfying if you pull it off with TK by shooting ones arm off and catching it mid-air and hurling it at other necro charging at you. It just makes it look extremely epic.

Yea true. I suck using TK as a weapon, im not sure why. Its upgradable right? I pick up shit and it just bounces off all necromorphs except the tiny ones lol.

Its upgradable, but if you only use torn blades from enemies (or poles) then you don't need upgrade at all. The other regular stuff don't do much damage anyway.

If you happen to kill a necro with blade and did not tear its blade from torso, next time you use TK on it, you automatically rip one of its blade (until it runs out of blades to rip it off of) so you can hurl it at something else.

I did not do this often in my first playthrough, but since now I know how to do it, it save a bunch of ammo since it is usually OHK.

Titanium is strong but brittle. Not suitable for something that will take multiple beating.

Good stuff! Finally someone else that I can just blast spoilers at (well its not spoiler any more for both of us).

What were your four (or less) weapons while the ending credit was rolling?

Plasma cutter, line gun, plasma rifle and the contact beam.

I still have yet to get this game. Gonna try and get it tomorrow night though. But I wont be able to play till like Thursday cause I have a shitload of school that I havent started and is due by Thurday.

Yea on my replay through the end I had a bit of conducters. So I sold the ripper and flamethrower for it. Then I spammed the rest on ammo ha. Learned my lesson lol.

I re-downloaded DS1 and have been playing that just until I can get this game. Trying to finish up my Plasma Cutter only run

I finished the game last night, and I loved the ending as well. last boss fight was a trip, but wasn't too hard. I think I enjoyed this one more than the first one

Yea the last boss isnt to hard, its just getting there thats tough.
