Poor guy had to go and get his boys removed today. But there were complications in his surgery today. They don't know what happened, but they couldn't stop the bleeding. So they literally had to open him up 3 different times to try and figure out what was wrong.
I can't remember what was the problem, but they think he has a blood problem, and so his blood won't clot. So they are doing blood tests on some blood samples and we should get the results tomorrow.

But I feel so bad for him. Were not allowed to let him walk. We can't even let him on any furniture cause he was on my bed and lost his balance and nearly fell off.
That and he is so doped up on drugs his eyes are so glazed over. But it sucks for him. Cause he isn;t allowed to walk we have to pick him up, and set him down outside so he can go to the bathroom.

Unfortunatly he has not gone to the bathroom at all. He just sits there looking at us. He hasn't drunk any water in a while, and we only got him to eat because we bought him a burger. Which we had to feed him by hand cause he has no strength to grab it himself.

But we have to keep him like this for the next 10 to 12 days.

Poor puppy! Hope he gets better soon. I think I can handle people in distress more than animals.

Maybe once they figure out what went wrong they can give him something to make him better faster.

he probably really, really misses his junk.

sorry to hear that though. the 3-4 weeks before we put my dog down she was basically a zombie, she didn't have the energy to do anything and when you took her out for a walk she'd collapse Sad had to carry her home twice.

she sort of shuffled around in some sort of exhausted stupor most of the time.

We got the results back from his blood test. And they came back negative. So the doctors don't know what happened. But he is healthy so.

But he is still in pain. But he can walk now. He still can't walk that far or long(we still try and keep him from walking)and when he does he walks bowlegged. But he is feeling a lot better then yesterday. He does go into random fits where we think he just gets a surge of pain cause he yelps and wines and fidgets a lot. But this only happens if he turned too quickly or something. So we just hold on to him and try and relax him.

Its still a pain to get him to go the the bathroom though. He hasn't crapped in over 28 hours, and finally started peeing on his own will. Yesterday he wouldn't do it at all and only did when he held it for several hours.

But he seems to be getting healthier pretty quick. We still have to keep him from walking for the next 10 days and stuff so we will see.
