Awesome. I loved the last two. Damn hard games but you couldn't ask for better gameplay in an action game.

The old NES ones were just ridiculously hard, and I played them on an emulator where I could save anywhere.

They say they're gonna tune down the difficulty for this one though to appeal to a wider audience.

I don't mind though. I'm sure there will still be a blisteringly hard difficulty for the hardcore fans but also some easier difficulties for those new to the series.

Yeah I don't think I ever had the balls to play it past normal so they should still have some ridiculously hard difficulties.

But whenever a developer says they are catering to a wider audience or casual gamers that isn't a good sign... That kinda scares me...

Although even if it is really easy as long as it still has the same gameplay it should still be fun as shit. But if they dumb down the gameplay to appeal to casual gamers that would not be cool.
