I'd just like to see everyones opinion.
My list is from most to least...
1. An-94 Abakan
2. M60
3. Maybe the m16 and m416 at long range

EDIT: Just noticed that every gun in my sig was on this list. LoL

Maybe they are not OP but there are a shitload that use them. AN-94 and M60 with MAG ammo. I've been using the M60 with red dot in random games and the thing is still an almost instakill beast. I think this gun still is a little op in my humble opinion!

It's not hard. I have only done it once and that was over 10 years ago.

It is not OP per se, but it requires no risk from operator to score some cheap ass kills.

I was enraged when I had this one team who had no intention of winning that had an entire squad guard this one guy who was constantly whoring UAV alt fire in attacker's spawn. Since attackers were not pushing much, and ticket was not bleeding fast enough from just killing few brave ones attacking the base, I had to make it into the base where all those assholes were camping.

I start to get hit and I am always like where the hell am I getting shot from as I run around like an idiot. Then I die and see UAV Alt Fire and I am like son of a bitch! Fucker!

I can usually hear the UAV and take it out before it can take me out. The bullets only do 10 damage. I think the M-60 is a hunk of junk. I get kills far easier with the
MG3 or M-249.

Here's a couple thoughts...

An-94: in real life it fires 2 round bursts at 1800rpm.
Drop it's damage to 16.7. Increase it's Rof to 1800 for the 2 round burst, but give it a trigger pull delay between bursts of 0.2050. This would give it the longest time-to-kill at 0.5099/0.7149 but it would still be the most accurate and the increase in burst Rof should make it so if you're on target both bullets in a burst hit.

F2000:
Increase it's damage to 16.7, but have it's damage start to drop about 6meters (20 ft). This makes it deadly really close, competitive mid and still the most inaccurate/low damage at long range.

M416: It's a damn carbine! Drop it's long range damage to 12.5, but keep it's accuracy.

AEK-971: Is supposed to be one of the most controllable under full auto weapons there is. Keep it's damage the same, but lower it's recoil and increase it's spread recovery to 5.0/second.

M16: Give it a 0.0200 - 0.0250 trigger delay between bursts to balance out it's accuracy.

Aug and XM8 probably leave as is?

Yes, half the assault class weapons in the game are overpowered. lol.

They obviously haven't used it long enough; I feel disgusted to have 200 or so kills with it. It's incredibly easy to use, low recoil, good magazine size, and kills very fast.

i actualy think ony the m60 and an-94 are op now because

1. its the assault main job to kill, so his guns are going to be more powered
2. the hot carl is an infantry varient rocket. its made for a more assault engie. it does significantly less to vehicles
3. medics can heal while in battle which makes them op so most of the medic guns are op.
4. it seems like the engies weapons are the most balanced. alot of people use the ump so it seems op.
5. sniping is not that op in this game, but i cant successfuly use the vss.

just my two cents

Medics have terrible accuracy while moving around, so they're good at just crouching and massacring people who run out of cover. Use a medic and just sit tight in a base on Nelson Bay Conquest, you'll get a ton of kills.

The AN94 and M60 are really the only OP guns IMO. The AN94 is the worst offender.

The UAV in general, damn thing is armed to the teeth.
I haven't seen the AN-94 in a while, but it pissed me off when I died to it so much, and I get it, and I didn't like it.
M-16, OP I've had some amazing games with it, pissed of some 1337 snipers
Can't think of anything else, it all seems to kill me the same.

I honestly don't find any gun OPed. It only bugs me when its the same damn gun I keep dying to.

Now what makes me rage most in this game though, is that GOD DAMN MAGNUM AMMO!
Only thing in the game that truley pisses me off.

There may be some balance issues with some of the guns, but the only one that really gets me pissed off is the M60.
