So my new wireless n router came in and so far I am enjoying it. Now I have not seem a speed upgrade but that could be because I am on wireless g or because of dd-wrt on my last router. I just hope this new one does not drop signal. (I also got a minecraft server running)

Yeah it looks like some kind of space-router.

I doubt you'll really be seeing a speed upgrade on the internet, just within the network unless your router before had a slower speed than your internet.

Yah the router does have a slower speed than my actual internet.

Wired connection is 18Mb and wireless is 12Mb. I am noticing files are downloading much faster though. I got a 134 MB file in less than a minute.

Hm I guess I don't really get why it would be slower on wireless. Ethernet is at 100Mbps which is slower than that router.

I think it might just be the wireless cards in my stuff.
