So after months of procrastinating I finally took the risk of bricking my router and flashed it with dd-wrt. Now that i did it I can boost the range, overclock it, and best of all I think i can boost the power.

Disclaimer: Please do not attempt this because it is very easy to brick your router. (aka you will have to buy a new one)

It can boost the power of the signal itself but with my router using that could fry it lol.

No see when you use a router you lose about half your speed at least for me. This option would boost how much data is sent through the router but on mine it will just fry the thing.

It boosts the tx power at which it broadcasts but you will get massive interference with crappy antennas like mine.
